Get a sneak peek at how our community lunch is made. With the resource from our farm Ally, our Nuanu chef is creating a meal plan to distribute and make the best use of our harvest.

Chef ally told us the process, and the challenges he faces, to compromise between Indonesian and western tastebuds, whether it is Pasta day or Bebek betutu day. Either way, Nuanu kitchen prepped the community with a nutrition-balanced and delicious meal every day!
